ABOUT US

Established in 2015, our aim was, and still is, to provide an agile and consultative approach to leadership and senior hires.  Our decision to be sector agnostic is a strategic decision given the demonstrable track record we have in filling and supporting a range of roles across a range of sectors.  We will only work with our clients where we truly believe we can add value and provide a transparent and return on investment service.

In 2021 we expanded our services to include an HR service to support clients on a range of employment and strategic business decisions.

Agility

You can instruct us for the 360 search or part of the search process without any upfront costs or cancellation fees. For part of the process search, you simply pay for the work completed with an agreed project fee.

Transparency

Weekly reports providing statistics on the progression of your chosen service and when applicable insightful feedback on how your brand is perceived and candidate engagement levels.

Return on Investment

We will only agree to a search service where we truly believe we can add value to the service offering required to help drive and increase company performance.
